Fifty million kina was invested to create the advanced 16, 000 sqm facility that meets critical stock requirements across the country for both clients and business partners.

The centralised location and extensive dealer network allows for effective service to critical regions spread across the country and nationwide client and partner relationships.

The Brian Bell Property divison has a large and diversified portfolio of residential and commercial properties established over the last 65 years.  It has an asset base of more than 100 properties in the portfolio.  Much of our Group’s property portfolio is occurpied by our own trading divisions and locations throughout PNG.  However, the Property division also maintain an extensive number of commercial leases with third-party organsiations in several of our properties, both commercial and residential.
